Roan

A large stocky antelope species, The Roan, is a cousin to the Sable with similar mask-like markings on its face. Although their horns are shorter than the Sable with mature males reaching the mid to upper 20” range, they are still a fascinating species to hunt and should be on your shortlist for your next trophy hunt. This formidable plains game species can reach over 600 pounds,  and if wounded, has been known to charge, so bring your patience and be sure to make that first shot count on this epic trophy hunt.
