Fallow

Fallow Deer are a very uniquely eye-catching trophy, primarily due to their large, impressive, palmated style antlers. Our population at Dos C’s is exceptional, and you're sure to see some jaw dropping racks on our trophy Fallow Deer. Similar to other deer species, Fallows shed their antlers annually, effectively reducing the best season for hunting fallow trophies to September through February after their antlers are out of velvet. One of the most unique parts of a Fallow Deer hunt here is the ability to choose from multiple colorations of the species including spotted, white, and chocolate Fallow.

There is no better place to hunt the Texas Hill Country than at Dos C's. You can hunt by any method and various strategies from stalks, to blinds, stands etc. and later relax in our lodge with incredible accommodations at the end of a hunting day. The lodge is 6,000 square feet and newly constructed.  It is equipped with a spacious bar where you can talk about the day's events and past hunting memories.  Behind the lodge at the outdoor living area there is incredible game viewing with many species coming and going throughout the day and evening.  There are 6 spacious rooms available and the lodge can sleep up to 14 comfortably.
